3. SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Schedule

1.1 Timeline: Any order placed will take 3–8 days to reach its destination. Some orders may take up to 8 working days depending on location.

1.2 Hours: Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Receipt of Goods

2.1 Signing: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. Rootinly is not liable for goods signed for by an alternative recipient (family, neighbor, colleague).

2.2 OTP Verification: Certain deliveries may require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

3. Post-Delivery

3.1 Responsibility: Rootinly is not responsible for damage post-delivery. Shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3.2 Charges: Shipping and handling rates vary based on packaging, size, and volume; these are shown at checkout.
