1. Cancellation Procedure

1.2 COD Orders: Cash On Delivery orders can be cancelled anytime before the order is processed for delivery.

1.3 Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders can only be cancelled within 1 day of placing the order.

2. Refund & Finality

2.1 Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Refunds are not applicable.
